This is probably the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at. The minute we were dropped off at the grand entrance of the hotel, I thought we were in Las Vegas! The property is huge towering over Jeju. So many amenities that we did not get to try so we will save it for next time, including their skytop bar as well as their indoor/outdoor swimming pools. They had upgraded us to ocean view on our arrival since the city view room we had originally booked was not available. So we were very surprised with this treat! The rooms were enormous and absolutely stunning! The toilet was in a separate room with its own sink and the rain shower as well as bath tub were such lovely options to have after a long day of exploring Jeju! The rooms were spacious giving us gorgeous views of Jeju each morning and night. Plenty of local eateries available nearby. There’s also a delicious black pork restaurant just across the hotel as well! Customer service was excellent as well. We didn’t have our rooms made each day since we kept it clean daily, but the housekeeper ensured to provide us daily water bottles which we appreciated. Truly looking forward to staying here again if we are ever in Jeju!

The Grand Hyatt Jeju exceeded all our expectations. The hotel itself is stunning - luxurious, modern, and incredibly spacious. Our room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed, a spa-like bathroom, and beautiful views. What really stood out was how much the hotel offers. There’s a massive range of shops and restaurants within the hotel, and many of them stay open late, which made everything so convenient. The staff were also fantastic - professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The service was seamless from check-in to check-out. A special mention to Randy from the staff, he was especially helpful and made us feel very welcome. His friendly attitude and local tips made a big difference in our stay. Also Jake was great at check-out, assisting us with our luggage and making the departure process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Jeju.
